We require that the participating children have waivers filled out before the scheduled birthday party. Waivers can be completed in the followign ways:

A) Create an account for the children on our website and filling out our digital waiver

B) Dropping off their children at Warrior Jungle and signing the waiver on our kiosk tablets.

Please make sure all children know to bring in athletic shoes for the party, as shoes will be necessary to complete some of our obstacles. One parent will be allowed out in the gym to take pictures of the kids, however parents will not be able to participate or help the kids on obstacles during the party for liability reasons. If a sibling of the birthday child is younger than 6 they will be allowed to join the party if a parent shadows them out in the gym.

You may come in to set up the party area 15 minutes prior to the party. You will have access to the party are during the entire party however the kids will not begin party area time until their time in the gym has been completed. The party area includes 4 tables, and an abundance of folding chairs. You may bring table covers and any decorations that you would like (We do not accommodate Piñatas). We do have a refrigerator/freezer you may utilize. Please feel free to bring in or order food to Warrior Jungle.

When you reserve a party with us, you will pay for all that is included in the party package. Payment for any extra participants over of the package maximum will be taken care of after the party. This allows us to have aN accurate head count. Spectators who remain in the party room/area during the duration of the party do not count toward the participant total. The birthday child will receive a free Warrior Jungle t-shirt but feel free to purchase additional apparel items. If you are pleased with how the birthday party went feel free to tip your party host!
