This is an instructor supervised open gym designed to allow a wide range of ages to participate. All of our open gyms start with a group warm up, obstacle instruction, and a warped wall crash course for any new participants. Tag and other various games are not permitted during this open gym unless given the okay from an instructor. This rule is enforced to provide a safe and accident-free training environment.
