 Youth Ninja Classes

Tiny Ninjas Ages 3-4

45 Minute Class

Our Tiny Ninjas class is a the perfect way for your child to start exploring how to really control their body movements. Not only will they become more confident but they will also have a blast playin on our age appropriate obstacles.

Junior Ninjas Ages 5-6

45 Minute Class

In our Junior Ninjas Class, your little ninjas will be able to unleash their energy and tame their monkey skills. Our Instructors will work with your children in small groups as they develop the building blocks of functional movement.

Youth Ninja Class Ages 7-14

60 Minute Class

Our Youth Ninja Class is a great way for your young athletes to get active or have fun during their off season. As we take on a number of obstacles and challenges during the this 6 week session our ninjas will develop new strength and body awareness that compliments any sport or athletic focus. Regardless of their individual goals, kids will have a blast while they develop more advanced muscular strength, muscular endurance, mobility, problem solving skills and confidence.

Mature Ninjas Ages 10-15

60 Minute Class

Max of 18 Participants

This course is great for both ninja veterans and beginners! With the age range being more specific, our coaches will be able to set up obstacles more suited to our pre-teen and teenage ninjas. During the this 6 week session we will work on a number of obstacles, skills and challenges that not only push but captivate our athletes. Your child will develop strength, body awareness, and coordination that compliments any sport or athletic focus outside of Ninja!

Homeschool Ninjas Ages 6-14

60 Minute Class

Max of 10 Participants

This course is designed specifically for daytime homeschool programs. You can use this course as a Phy. Ed. class or just a change of pace for your at home learners.

Parkour Class Ages 8-14

60 Minute Class

Max of 10 Participants

In our youth parkour course, athletes will practice forms of parkour and free running. What are these disciplines you might ask? Basically we focusing on honing skills that include jumping, flipping, landing, rolling, vaulting, and climbing. Obstacles typically used for this class include, bars, vault boxes, precision platforms, warped walls, slanted walls , and various balance and precision obstacles.
